Can I handwash your silk scarves?

About Silk

Silk is a strong fiber but it can also be delicate, depending on the way it is weaved. It is a natural fiber with anti-bacterial properties, making it less prone to trapping odors and bacteria. Due to silk’s unique characteristics, silk products do not require frequent washing unless they are visibly soiled.

General Guide

Dry cleaning is generally a better option than hand washing to keep silk products fresh. Silk’s sheen may gradually fade if washed by hand, although washing it in this way will help it to develop a unique texture.

Are your silk scarves double-side printed?

Yes, we offer both single and double-sided silk scarves.

Our designs are mainly crafted from 100% silk satin, loved for its glossy front and softer matte back, and 100% silk twill, which is known for its diagonal weave that gives a subtle sheen, elegant texture, and long-lasting durability.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. We’re currently working on creating new eco-friendly gift packaging — so it’s just a little longer to wait! Keep an eye out, it’s coming soon!

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, you can change the delivery address. Simply leave us a message with the correct address, and we'll update it before dispatching your order.

Can I customise my order?

While we currently do not offer customisation options for our products, we are always open to feedback and suggestions. We strive to provide unique items that cater to diverse tastes, so feel free to share your ideas with us!

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return it, we're here to help.

What is your dispatch time?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Orders placed before 1pm London time (BST/GMT) on working days will be processed the same day. If any items are out of stock, we’ll notify you via email.

Please note: No dispatch on weekends, bank holidays, or national holidays.
